Frequently Asked Questions:

Do you accept same day bookings?
How do I pay? & Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, same day bookings are often possible, please do remember, I appreciate it might be difficult to believe, but I am not hanging on a hook waiting for "are you free now mate" messages.
It is rare an instant appointment is possible, at least an hours notice is required.
Obviously the choice of times will be limited around existing appointments.
I accept cash or credit/debit card for payment at the end of your appointment, or the remaining balance after receiving your booking deposit.
When sending your text message or WhatsApp message (Please do not call) enquiring about an appointment, please be patient when expecting a response, If I am with a client, I am unable to reply immediately, I will reply to you asap.
Please note: New Client bookings
A 50% deposit to secure your booking and demonstrate your commitment to attending the appointment will be required by all new clients (No Exceptions).
A secure payment link will be sent via text message enabling you to make payment securely and safely by debit or credit card. Simply enter your card payment details.
To secure your booking, your deposit must be received asap. Once received, your booking will be confirmed, if payment is not received, you have no booking.
Please note: the deposit is non refundable or transferable to an alternate booking.
This will not be necessary if you are an existing customer.

What Oil do you use?
I use my own blend or organic , unscented Avocado and Grapeseed oils.
These particular oils are well known for their moisturising capabilities and are rarely known to cause blocked pores or a skin reaction leaving you feeling soft and moisturised.
They provide an excellent medium for your massage experience.
Please note: I do not offer a shower facility. There is no reason why you should need to shower after a massage, your therapist will offer a towel should you wish to absorb any excess oil, however remember it is scent free and nourishing for your skin, why would anyone wish to wash it away?.

What should I do before my appointment?
Prior to your chosen treatment, you should ensure that you are clean and showered. Also try not to eat a big meal just before, keep it light.
I do not offer a shower facility because there simply isn't room in the cabin. There is no reason why you should need to shower after a massage, your therapist will offer a towel should you wish to absorb any excess oil, remember it is scent free and nourishing for your skin, why would anyone wish to wash it away?.
However, I appreciate that occasionally this is not always possible.
We all know that fresh perspiration has no odour.
If you are visiting after work or on your lunch break, and showered that morning, then all is dandy.
I have a toilet and hand washing available in the cabin, I do not have shower facilities available.
So if you have been dodging the soap for a day or so, I believe common practice would dictate that you should wish to present yourself in the freshest condition possible.

Why do you need my name and contact number?
This is a requirement for the following reasons, I will need this to send the payment link for your booking deposit, and it is a requirement of my liability insurance policy.
Should there be a reason to make a claim, my insurers stipulate I have a record of your contact telephone number for any claim to be processed.
It is best to offer me your genuine first name, to avoid confusion or embarrassment when it comes out in conversation or payment transaction that you felt it necessary to book under a "fake name".
I only ask your first name.
I will not approach you should we bump into each other in the supermarket (Discretion is my middle name).
Your name and number will never be shared with a third party, or used for anything other than, on a rare occasion to adjust your booking time or to confirm your intended attendance.
I will not initiate contact, only ever respond.

What should I wear for my treatment?
What will my therapist wear?
It does not matter what you are wearing when you arrive, for Full-Body Massage (e.g., Swedish): It's common to undress to your comfort level.
Many people choose to remove all clothing and use a towel for modesty.
The therapist will drape you appropriately throughout the session with towels so you are comfortable. It is best to remove as much clothing as possible to benefit fully from your experience.
It is perfectly acceptable for you to be completely naked for your appointment. In fact I am reliably informed that it makes the whole experience more enjoyable for you, there are towels available for your
warmth and modesty.
If you preferer to be partially dressed, that is ok too, as long as you are comfortable. I am happy to leave the room while you prepare, and lay on
the table if you are more comfortable.
If you have any mobility issues with climbing onto the table, please let me know so I may assist.
I will be wearing a t-shirt and shorts / jogging bottoms depending on the weather. Please note: it is not necessary for your therapist to be naked!

📱Why don't you answer the phone? 📞
There are several reasons. Firstly I don't have a receptionist to take enquiries. Another being that while I am with a customer I am unable to to answer the phone mid appointment, nor do I have time to listen to rambling voicemails and then return the call (If you answer), if you simply message as requested, I can respond when I am free 👍
Another reason is that some individuals call and ask inappropriate questions with a blatant disregard for the circumstances that I may be surrounded by at the time of the call or for who may be able to hear their request, making my situation difficult. (Selfish)
For those of you who insist on ignoring this request and continue calling, some several times a day (no you are not special, no I will not answer) please just send a message.... its quite simple.
Please help me work smart, it gives more time in the day for your appointments...
Thank you 🙂

What happens if I become aroused
during my appointment?
Please don't worry... your therapist is a professional and well not be surprised or offended when this happens. It is a perfectly natural reaction under many circumstances during your appointment.
You will not be asked to leave or anything so drastic.
Any experienced therapist knows these situations can arise, and will deal with it in an adult and appropriate manor.
There is no need for any embarrassment on anyone's part.
Believe me when I say
"I have seen it all before"
There is no "Phallophobia" or fear of male genitalia here.

Why is your service Men only?
As a male therapist I am more accustomed with the male anatomy and also more familiar with other issues men can face in this ever changing world.
My intention is to provide an environment men will feel safe and comfortable, allowing you to soak up the whole environment, allowing you the best experience possible in a clean, safe and professional surroundings.
If you have any specific requirements or requests for your appointment, I welcome these as my ability to mind-read is slowly fading.
Absolute confidentiality is offered and assured. All men are welcome, no matter your age, shape, race, colour or sexual orientation. I offer you a safe space where you can be yourself without judgement.

Is there safe parking?
Yes, I invite all my clients to park on the drive.
I live in a small private cul-de-sac and on street parking can be difficult or inconvenient to my neighbours.
Please park on the drive
The drive is big enough to accept a large transit type van, so if your vehicle is larger than that, its best if you park outside the cul-de-sac on the main part of "The Green" to avoid inconveniencing anyone or interruption of your appointment.

Where are you?
I am located in Nottinghamshire.
Outskirts of Sutton-in-Ashfield
My postcode is NG17 2RP
Very close to M1, Jnt28
PLEASE NOTE: Full address details and directions will be supplied only after you confirm your booking and I am in receipt of your deposit (If Required), as treatments are strictly by appointment only.
