Russell understands the need for some serenity or "Me-Time" in a world that often has too many demands and stresses.

For that reason I created The Therapy Cabin.​ Influenced by my massage training in Swedish bodywork, Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy, Reiki and other therapies I have trained in over the past years.

Absolute discretion assured no matter which therapy you choose.
